Shipping Information

Upon receipt of your order, you will be informed of the approximate arrival time of your merchandise. Most orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx. Orders will be shipped via the most economical method unless an expedited delivery option is selected. The following are shipping guidelines and options available.

FedEx and UPS

  • Ground Service: Your order will be delivered to your shipping address 3 - 7 business days after it has been processed.
  • 3 Day Select: Your order will be delivered to your shipping address 3 business days after it has been processed.
  • 2nd Day Air: Your order will be delivered to your shipping address 2 business days after it has been processed
  • Next Day Air: Your order is delivered to your shipping address the next business day after it has been processed.

LTL Freight

Oversize items will be shipped via LTL Freight. Your order will be delivered 7 - 10 business days after it has been processed.

Shipping Locations

Shipping charges are calculated in real time based upon current rates by the freight carriers. Rates may change from time to time due to fuel surcharges and rate increases by the carrier.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your package(s) before signing the release. Once you have signed the release, you have accepted the goods in their current condition. If the goods are damaged, you should refuse to sign the release. If your merchandise is damaged, please call customer service within 15 days of receipt, and we will ship you a replacement or cancel your order.
We do not replace or refund damaged merchandise if it has been installed.

Online orders: You may return to our online store anytime and check the status of your order (ship date, carrier and tracking information) by clicking TRACK ORDER on the navigation bar.
